Refund policy

BreezySleep offers a 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date, excluding handling fees. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your pillow, simply return the pillow, and we'll handle the rest! 

There will be a restocking fee of 12% for your return, which will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not refund the initial shipping cost. 

Remember to retain your receipt, as it is necessary for both satisfaction guarantee.

Please note that products marked as "final sale" are non-refundable.

The purchaser is solely responsible for any losses (shipping costs) incurred due to attempted returns of non-refundable items or items that fall outside the 14-day satisfaction period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once received, and the time taken for it to reflect in your account may vary based on your financial institution.

Refunds for all returns must be credited back to the original credit card/payment method used for the purchase.
